Who Am I?

I am Julia Pizzichemi, Host & Producer of Unleash Your Inner Athlete Podcast, Founder, Executive Health & Sports Performance Coach, Body–Mind Practitioner, Corrective Exercise & Performance Specialist, 26+ Years in Elite Sport & Executive Health, including Wimbledon Tennis Championships, Oscar, Golden Globe, Emmy, BAFTA, and BRIT Award Recipients, along with Premiership football, rugby players. My unique methods have also been used by board level executives enabling them to recover quicker and gain their full health potential from companies which include UBS, Société Générale, Mothercare, SAGA, VTB Capitol, and Goldman Sachs.
